By connecting this private server you are committed to accept whatever settings, restrictions and behaviors that the Server Admin wishes to implement from their respective server.

The Server Admin has the right to change its Server Policy and Provisions with or without notice. These changes can be seen on server’s motd.

Cloning, flooding and abusing server or services is strictly prohibited as well as harassment to co-user and most especially to its Server Staff.

The Server Admin reserves the right to terminate the client in using services for any reason with or without prior notice.

You are responsible to observe the norms and practices of FilOz as well as the rules applied by its local and official channel

When using services, the FilOz IRC Network is not responsible direct or indirect for whatever damages it may cause on your personal computer, terminal and connectivity.

FilOz has the right to delete all data files and information stored in FilOz database.
